The location is convenient with easy access to transport links, just a short walk to the train station. The serene environment and breathtaking views of the Firth of Forth make it an ideal spot for relaxation. The room is well-appointed, ensuring I felt comfortable and at home during my stay.
Parking availability was somewhat limited, but it didn't detract significantly from my overall experience.

a delightful stay with local charm
I was warmly welcomed by Chris, who provided great local tips and made me feel at home. The breathtaking views of the Firth of Forth made every morning special.
Although the additional breakfast charge came as a surprise, everything else was well worth it. The room size felt tight with my luggage, but it was cozy nonetheless.

My stay was undermined by the uncommunicative host. Breakfast costs were not clearly stated, creating confusion at check-in. noise from upstairs guests was constant and disruptive, making it difficult to relax and enjoy my time.

Lovely stay with a fab view
I spent 3 nights here and loved it! The room was nicely decorated with a super comfy bed. The best part was waking up to that amazing terrace view while enjoying a tasty in-room breakfast. Just wished the fridge was a bit quieter at night, but it was great having fresh milk on hand!

The stay included some highlights like marinated fish, which was a delightful dish. the experience was marred by a lack of communication regarding breakfast charges and an unwelcoming atmosphere from the host. It was disappointing to find the advertised bridge view was not available, leading to frustrations with the service attitude. the noise from the upstairs guests was disruptive, making relaxation difficult.
